Kevin M. Hinkel and Daniel P. Hinkel serve as Planning Committee members at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's 39th Annual Real Estate Law Institute

Kevin has served as a Planning Committee member for the past 18 years. Since 1997 Kevin has been a featured speaker at the Real Estate Law Institute on complex issues related to commercial real estate and financing transactions. Dan Hinkel continues his Planning Committee service and is scheduled to speak on the 1st day panel topic - One Size Does Not Fit All: Leasing 1.0. Stephen L. Kadish and Matthew F. Kadish are scheduled to present at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's 60th Annual Cleveland Tax Institute 2017

On Thursday, November 2nd Steve Kadish is scheduled as a panel speaker on the topic of Pass-Through Entities. Steve has been a featured speaker at the Cleveland Tax Institute for more than 40 years. Matt Kadish will share his knowledge of Tax Procedure/Controversy with the second day panel at 9:00 a.m. Matt also serves on this year's Executive Committee for the institute. William A. Duncan is scheduled to discuss FSAs, HSAs, HRAs and Other Tax-Deferred Accounts at the Greater Cleveland Chapter American Payroll Association

On October 5, 2017 Bill will speak on the differences between FSAs, HSAs and HRAs at the bi-monthly Chapter Meetting of the APA. Bill is often a featured speaker on topics related to fiduciary and other responsibilities in the retirement benefits planning and estate planning areas.

Kevin M.
