James H. Rownd outlines "Tools to Resolve Tax Collection Cases with the IRS"

Jim's article is featured in the September, 2018 Edition of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal which focuses on Business, Banking & Corporate Counsel; Bankruptcy & Commercial Law.  Jim earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University.  His practice also focuses on business and corprate law including negotiation and preparation of merger agreements, establishment of joint ventures, and preparation of investment, asset purchase, stock purchase and buy-sell agreements.
